It's a fight 3.6 years in the making....I think overalls are ADORABLE and Chris thinks they are 100% ridiculous. He cringes everytime he's ever seen the boys in them. My argument : I can see not putting a boy over the age of 5 in overalls, but seriously - Beckett is just 21 months old! And I think he rocks the look perfectly.
Chris and I log close to 90 hours combined in the newsroom a week. So why, oh why, were we both so enamored with the weather/news studio exhibit at the Children's Museum in Youngstown???
Yup -we spent a good 30 minutes giving fake forecasts and reading the teleprompter. Ridiculous since we could do the same thing in a real studio any day of the week :) - but it was fun to show the boys how it all works.
They liked seeing themselves on TV - and also had fun hanging out with their cousin, Marissa, piloting the real airplane, watching the fishies, conducting a few science experiments, and playing in the make believe kitchen.
A good time all around. Very interactive! Definitely a place worth checking out if you're ever in northeastern Ohio.

Meet my picky eater. Our stubborn boy. The one who has to be pushed, bribed and punished to eat. The one who will sit at the table in an hour-long stare down - as you negotiate how many bites he will take before he can get up.
And meet his little brother who is always a member of the Clean Plate Club. He'll eat his dinner and yours too.
Two boys, just 20 months apart in age - and they couldn't be more different. Both perfectly imperfect in their own way.
